HOW-TO: Enable Funlights, Clublights & Eventlights-RAZR

You need to tick haptics available and dynamic prompts

I followed your instructions & ticked both haptics available and dynamic prompts, clicked 'Set', then 'Restart'. But there's still no lights when there are incoming text messages.

So I opened p2ktools to see what's wrong, I saw the haptics available option has gone back to unticked, so I ticked it again & click 'Set', then 'Restart' again. But when I clicked 'Get' to see the outcome, once again the haptics available option has gone back to unticked.

What did I do wrong? I'm using the funlight pat in the first post of this thread.

Your help is much appreciated

My fones is L7 . so i want to have funlight , but it's don't work. i put funlight.pat in a:\mobile\audios and both c:\mobiles\audios , check all of CLUB_.., event HAPTICS_AVAILABLE enable , but it't still don't work

you can download P2K Advance at http://www.motox.info/showthread.php?t=2021.
After download ,setup,run it -> click Connect in P2K mode button ,your fone connect same way with p2k tools , select menu PHONE SERVICES , SEEM FUNCTIONS --> SEEM 32 FUNCTION --> click Read from Phone , type HAPTICS_AVAILABEL under filter frame , press FIND , and you will see it, click select it , press space bar to enable it , save to phone , restart , and you will see it enable both in P2K Tools and P2k Andvanced

Can't enable HAPTICS_AVAILABLE with P2K Advanced Editor, found the option click select it , press space bar to enable it but can't save to phone coz the 'write to phone' function is greyed out, can't select it

Maybe L6 just can't play eventlights??

after you FIND HAPTICS_AVAILABLE , you will see at COLUM BIT (left top conner ) , you must remember it's value ( my L7 is 832 ) . (write to phone button grayed now

) ( i known you enable HAPTICS_AVAILABLE there, and Write to phone button is grayed

then you click RESET , you will see all function, just goto bit witch VALUE you found above , you will see HAPTICS_AVAILABEL , just enable it,an you can save it to phone

Thanks so much for your help. I did all that but 'Write to phone' button is still greyed out and nothing happened when I clicked on the spacebar.

you must press READ FROM PHONE first , then you can enable it (check box appears )

here ,everything was done, but it still not funligth on my phone

Thank you so much for your patience, truongson. I finally managed to enable HAPTICS_AVAILABLE. It shows in P2KTools that funlights, clublights, eventlights enabled.

But the problem is when I go to the ringstyle menu in my L6: Menu>settings>ring styles> I only see ringlights, there's no eventlights. So when I get incoming messages, there's still no eventlights.

Btw, troungson I can't see the pics u posted.
