Use the Configure Your Device option:

http://support.cingular.wdsglobal.com/

or you can get the manual settings here:

http://supportcingular.atgnow.com/cng/documentDisplay.do?page=http%3A% 2F%2Fsupportcingular.atgnow.com%2Fcng%2FKB37621.html&result=2&response id=88caabb514b8f7ea%3A1381e7%3A107be18ac29%3A6513&groupid=1&contextid= 7838%3A0.0&clusterName=CingularCluster&doctype=1000&excerpt=%28KB37621 %29+Accessing+browser+settings+on+the+Motorola+RAZR+V3.+Accessing+mMod e+settings+on+the+Motorola+RAZR+V3.+Motorola+V3+Internet+access+Access ing+WAP+or+mMode+Browser+settings+can+be+configured+over+the+air+by+ac cessing+the+Cingular+support+site.+OR+Pr#http%253A%252F%252Fsupportcin gular.atgnow.com%252Fcng%252FKB37621.html

You'll probably need to use an Access Point Name (APN) of "proxy" without the quotes.
