I have no idea how to get my internet to work on my unlocked razr. I have an att phone, and want to get the most usage out of my phone. Please someone help me!!! i have had this phone for over 6 months with no luck

Try this, go to settings - web access - web sessions
From there, either edit the one that's chosen or create a new entry...Here are the settings for mine..
Be sure at the end to choose it as default - good luck..

# Port 1: 9201
# Domain 1: Blank

Alternatively, you could go here http://support.cingular.wdsglobal.com/ if you are like me and have an ATT sim with an unlocked Razr.

i have tried to change the settings right, but my phone has all of these other internet connections except for mmode. I just don't know what to do to get the internet to work on my unlocked razr v3 with an att sim.

the name of the web session is not important, either edit another one or create a new one and make sure all the settings are as above, then set this session to be the default.
Or get in touch with your provider - they should be able to send you the settings via a text

i have an unlocked motorola V330 formerly used with TMobile and now used with Cingular... i have follwed all of the steps provided by you guys and have scoured Cingular, TMobile and the net looking for ways to get the internet to work... the problem i am having is that when i get to web access there is NO web sessions visible to me... i understand from all the reading i've done that is the place to adjust any settings for the internet browser... Correct? so if i don't see that what should i do next? any advice? i've done a master reset and a master clear (thank god it didn't effect my unlock or i'd be p*ssed) and i still do not see web sessions...

ok... i'm at work so i don't have my user manual in front of me... i have went to webaccess and there is no option for websessions... so that is where i'm stuck...
i spent about 25 minutes on the phone with a great tech from Cingular last night that tried numerous things to try to get me to that option... we tried to back door it and that didn't work... he went back and checked to see if the V330 was used by AT&T but there was hardly a close match so that didn't work... from all of the bad things i've read here how cingular does not do a good job helping to resolve issues, i have to disagree... Robert was friendly and did everything he could to resolve my problems...
to this end, i'm selling the phone to a friend who uses TMobile... we popped his SIM into my phone this morning and everything worked including the internet... so i'm out on the issue of not using the internet and i'll be phone shopping this week...
