I think only the Motorola mobile phone tools 2.0 & above will support Razr connection ... check what version of Motorola mobile phone tool you had >>
try to uninstall the mobile tool what you had on the pc now and redo it again :
First download the software 2.0 or above ( do not connect the phone yet ) , and you'll see the mobile phone tool icon on desktop .. it may require reboot pc ... and then connect your Razr phone with the mini usb cable to pc ,double click icon and it should go search for razr phone , when it succesfull connection and you'll also see razr phone on your pc ... :0
Good luck !!

I don't know if it works on mac ??? you can try
After you download anything from T-Zone , you need to go into the phone menu and find the folder for GAME, Rong TONE .. and install it to your phone >>
