.. has messed up her V220. There's always either no video on the phone's interior display, or its all garbled up.
Will a re-flash/flex fix this? I've already backed up all of her stuff (pictures/ringtones/contacts), so we're willing to try anything, as she was ready to pay the $50 to have Rogers send it away for re-flashing.
Thoughts? Thanks in advance for any help.

just reflash it yourself,and then replace by uploading her stuff back into the mobile.There is nothing a reflash can t fix!

Thanks a lot for the replies guys.
The best way to do this is with that "MultiflashFlex" file included with PST? What version of PST should I have?

I don't know what the newest version is, but I use either 6.9 or 7.2

Im using 6.9 myself but I prefer RSD lite for flashing, use what works best for you though

Well I found that 6.9 was more well rounded and gave less errors, and for flashing I use MFF or MSS, I will try looking into your suggested software though.

Not bad...I kinda like the interface, much more front forward the only thing is I gotta put it through a test run later. The only plus side to MFF is that its got the flex interface as well. Can you tell me any personal difference with stability you've encountered?
