Actually, by default, image to phone and tune to phone are grayed out. It's okay--I have an e730 and it happens to me as well. It's really not important, since you can upload and download through files manager. It serves the same purpose, if anything. Also, you have a Dungle? Or Dongle? w/e it's called. I heard that works like a charm, better than data cables. :] Are you using Samsung PC Studio PIM & File Manager? Strange -- my Image editor works. Hmm..

it is important, cause u can make jpg animation through him

and in the sample package we recived, there are few folder that cotain a serius of pictures just for this purpose.

i use a dongule (w/e it is called) and its great but very slow, especially comparing to UBS 2.0 cable.
the transfer spedd is between 37-41 kb !!! yakkk

Mine also works, as a stand alone program, but my PIM doesnt recognize him. i think thats the all issue in my problem...
