thats wat customer relations is for and if customer relations cannot help u they send it to Business Care Offline regardless if it's a personal or Business account. and there is only 1 Center in T-Mobile that has Business Care Offline and i am in it.

well thanks on the tip about cingular :: but thats just it they dont send it to bussiness realtions at all .. they end your call the reps i spoke to were so nasty and from what i hear here its alot of people feel the same way maybe they should have more customer traning skills (again not all of course)) but some people just dont belong in customer service again if it wernt for your customers you wouldnt have a job .. dont you agree???

i say more so to Dealers that sell the service and for Moto or Samsung to make the phone to sell to T-Mobile for Dealers to sell to customers. so if there wasn't anything to sell then there wouldn't be any customers.

Laura there customer service is awful,Thank's so much. I Contacted,Ceo office today, and my charges got erased!!

I just want to thank you for posting the T-Moblie Corporate headquarters information here, albeit a long time ago! I recently had an issue where I was hitting a brick wall with T-Mobile Cust-Serv dept. They would not give-up the Corp Office number or physical address. I explained how that when you call Nextel or Cingular, they each have an actual number that is just for escelated issues that cannot be resolved at the Tier-1 level. Still T-Mobile thinks this is priviledged information, even though I told them how quickly I Googled this and already got the info before the end of that call!

Ok, so as I understand it, this resolutions dept does report directly to the president and mostly handles incoming complaints from various Gov. agencies and letters to the president, and possibly handles those fax-complaints from the fax# regular customer care gives you (instead of the phone#) hence the reason they don't want to get too many "regular" customer complaint calls. I accept that as we all have duties to perform in our jobs.

But anyways, thanx for posting this information, I was able to use it (almost 2 years later) and was able to get my unique issue resolved.
