ya i think it's kinda funny that all the crap that customer complain about is right in the T-mobile Terms and conditions and there Contracts. To Tell you the truth i have met Robert b/c when my center got Top Ranked Business Care Performace this year he came for the party.

you can thank Oprah for a lot of it...
I dont like her show... I'd call the head of the network that carries her but her show is syndicated AFAIK......
no wonder she got booted out of a store in France

no it doesnt always solve your problems however when a customer asked for the address customer care should give that info out .. but they refuse to do so .. however doesnt take much to call (information) and get it lol i posted it because there where several people asking for it .. oh and by the way it solved my problem have a grand day

Customer care doesnt give it out before they do not have access to the address, just some food for thought

well that would be a good reason for not giving it out lol however they should have it avail to give out .. the rep i spoke to told me she wasnt allowed to give it out so fine i called information and got it lol obviously from what ive seen here there are alot of customers upset about how they treat there loyal customers, although customers sometimes can be a bit hasty i still feel the customer is always right ( because if it wasnt for us the customer reps wouldnt have any jobs) its plain as day ..customer care reps i have delt with were so nasty at t mobile i couldnt beleive it, im actaully going to switch to cignular because i have had enough of t mobile i mean i been a customer for 4 years always pay my bill on time never late and to have been treated the way i was.. it was just awful and from what i heard there were a ton of fcc compliants on them in the 6 months wow thats alot obviously theres a problem.. im not saying all reps are nasty what im saying is the ones i have delt with were;; have a great weekend

just to let u know Cingular is worst customer service. high complaint rate to the FCC and BBB. and they were kicked out of the BBB. so if are gonna leave T-Mobile(ranked highest in customer Care performace 2 years running by JDPower) then go with either sprint/nextell,Verizon or alltel. just letting ya know.
