Yes, you can install it.
If you use PC Suite: connect you phone to your computer and execute the .sis-file. The rest is self-explaining.
If you connect your phone via bluetooth or infrared without PC Suite: just send it to the phone and open it from within the inbox, the rest is self-explaining.
(I recommend this, easiest way)
If you use a cardreader to put stuff on your MMC: put the .sis-file in a folder which can be viewed with the internal file manager of the 6600, put the card back in the phone and use the internal file browser to open the file, the rest is self-explaining.

Way i cant conect with bluetooth(bluesoleil) with pc suite.
Can you help me. and with camcoreder i send it, but when i open it , dont instal anything.

As I said: you don't need PC Suite, just activate bluetooth and send it over to the phone.
And executing the file on your computer only works when PC Suite is installed and connected to your phone.

If it is the real app, it should install itself.
Checked if the filesize is correct and the app isn't broken?
But if you might have downloaded a cracked version somewhere... it is possible you just have installed a virus...

No , is original , i buy it .
Can you give me the best antivirus for my phone , to ceck if this is true.
When i formated my mmc. i have eticamcorder 1 insaled .(maybe this is the problem)

And you are sure, you're opening the file?
No other message why it won't do anything?
Checked if some other app is running which might block the installation-process? (press and hold down the menu button to start the taskmanager - to cancel a program mark it and press 'c')

How can i restore the original data of the 6600.
How can i format the phone , not the memory card.
Not just eti camcorder ,more programs symbian i cant open it. For exemple the
fullcaler.sis
bluetoothchat.sis
And some recorder soft.Not the all recorder soft.
etc.

Somehow weird...
Two ways to format your phone:
