The 2nd line user, my 'friend' who is NOT a signer on the account went in to buy a cell phone when his didn't work and they EXTENDED THE CONTRACT ONE YEAR AFTER THEY TRICKED HIM INTO USING MY NAME, the primry and sole siner on the account -- he only wanted to buy a phone but the shady slesperson might have seen that my contract wasupin December.....MOREOVER and especialy reprehensible, they didnt even extend the contract with the new amount of minutes offered for the monthly amont of 69.99. They left it at the old amount of 850 per month versus 1000 and THEY SAY HEY CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT FOR A year. The 5th Avenue Store, a corporate location, will not take reposnsibility iN any way for their shadiness. TMOBILE IS A SHADY TRICKY COMPANY WITOUT INTERITY THAT OfFERS LONG TERM CUSTOMERS NO RECOURSE. They do not care about anyonejus money . PROTECT YOURSELF--MAKE EXTRA SECURITY CODES ON YOUR ACCOUNTS,

Do all the cell phone companies stink like this?

No the problem is not the friend, the problem is that T-mobile is sneaky. They have done the same thing to me, and they tossed me around with this faulty phone made by Siemens for 12 months. Everytime I walk into a T-Mobile store I see a customer standing at the counter complaining about the same Siemens model phone. You would think they would have solved the problem, nope -- it's cheaper to toss your clients around. T-Mobile must be a cell phone service for kids, because that is exactually how they treat customers.

well if there is a problem with the phone then it's not T-Mobiles fault it's Siemens and as far as going into a T-Mobile Store to get a replacement that is your fault b/c there only trained in the stores to sell and not customer service. your "friend" should have call customer service with u on the lines and we would have sent out a replacement.

well , if you had the siemens cf62 , and I believe you got it for free ,right ??? that is the cheapest flip phone and it's a piece a junk i tell you ... many people complain that phone's .. but it is not t-mobile service .. they were great , it's just the phone doesn't work as you were expecting it should icon_sad.gif

however you get it for free or very cheap price .. you can't complain much .. because "you pay what you get for" thats what I live for >> file a warranty exchange , t-mobile will do that for you within 1 year of you received the siemens phone !!!
