Delete the two .db files in the audio folder and then restart the phone

I have the same problem with "file corrupt" message after the file transfer using bluetooth. Using USB cable it seems to go Ok and but the file never makes it to the phone. I was able to do it the first time using the Mobilt Tools (MT) utilility but since then it does not work. It seems that usign this MT utulility has corrupted the the phone. It is V3 phone. It was my 3rd week with the phone so I took it back and got another one and it does not seem to have a problem right now but I am afraid that it will in a few days like the other one once I try to transfer a few ringtones using MT.
MT sucks!

I was able to get it to work for me wen I changed the bit rate for the mp3 to 32kb. I was using 24kb and it was not working. No more corrupt message and the mp3 work. The are between 50-80kb range and have long names that do not seem to be a problem for me.
I suggest use 32kb rate and also use Audicity to edit the mp3s for best result

I have a problem making ringtones from the music I have on my computer and transferring them to my Motorola Razr V3 using Mobile Phone Tools. I can transfer pictures back and forth with no problem but I can't seem to make the ringtones!
I have read several entries on here about it but there was no definitive answer. I am not as well-versed in this kind of stuff as it seems most of the people on here are so, please, if someone can help me with this I hope they can explain it in language that's easy to understand!
