Network
Network Subset
SP
Corporate
Accross from these there are pictues of locks and every one but the Network has a picture of an unlocked lock.
When I open them up I can type in codes or something but it's only asteriks when I type stuff in, is this how I unlock my phone?
I need help with this, thank you |
Hello Boy,
This happens to be matter of service provider locks. You could get some codes which would do this in a precise manner. But Code unlocking is unadvisable. Due to the fact, if the phone was master resetted you would be unable to access the phone. You would be prompted to unlock the phone once again. So the Software Flashing is much better. But for your hope i did see some software which said it could remove such locks by entering the IMEI of the unit and the Network. Though it could be useful it wouldn't be advisable. Entering the wrong code could turn your phone into a paperweight. Unless you flash it once again.
Flashing= (terminology explanation) The replacement of the on-board-phone software.
This is my opinion but you could find certain having varying perceptions so lets wait for the best..!
Bye,

It's a little dangerous buying phones off ebay, especially if they are simlocked...
