OHH, Great, I dont care about JD Power's rating on CS. What is the point in CS if you can't use the phone to call. And Actualy in California where I am at right this minute Verizon BEAT T-mobile in Overall satisfaction, T-Mobile rated better in pricing but that is not a problem for someone like me who can afford it. In the west VERIZON won the JD power thing for the BEST CALL QUALITY, HAHA Verizon and T-NASTY tied in wireless sales,
Also Quote on Quote from http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/electronics-computers/how-to-choose -cell-phone-service-106.htm
"Consider our survey findings. Verizon was either the clear leader or among the best in all 18 metro areas we surveyed. But Verizon isn't your only worthy choice. T-Mobile rated about as well in many cities. One important difference between the two: T-Mobile subscribers reported more problems with no coverage and with static.
U.S. Cellular in Chicago and Alltel in Phoenix were statistically tied with Verizon. Those were the only two metro areas for which we had a sufficient sample size to rate the two smaller carriers. However, if one or the other is available where you live, it may be worth considering as an option. "
I especialy love the part about it saying " T-Mobile subscribers reported more problems with no coverage and static" but more I love the part were it says "Consider our survey findings. Verizon was either the clear leader or among the best in all 18 metro areas we surveyed. "
T-Mobile was good in other citys but they mean for the price.
Also if you subscribe you will read the article about the worst rated carriers located at http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/electronics-computers/cellphone-com plaints-705.htm
T-Mobile was rated the TOP 3 worst carriers for complaints.
Again in that article said if you are wanting a GREAT carrier go with Verizon.
The article on http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/electronics-computers/cell-phone-se rvice-106/cr-quick-recommendations.htm
CLEARLY STATES VERIZON would be the BEST choice, especialy for coverage and call quality.
More evidence again at http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/electronics-computers/cell-phone-se rvice-106/ratings.htm
IT CLEARLY states again VERIZON rated best in the TOP 18 METRO AREAS with the execption in Chicago with US CELLULAR best there. Verizon is alot better than small poor T-Nasty, That is why they have to offer cheap prices so people will stay with them. People with enough money get Verizon, That is why Verizon is more expensive, not to mention they put LOTS and LOTS more money into their network than T-mobile instead of Great deals and the Advertising. Clearly if you want the Overall Best service get Verizon for Coverage, The most reliable network and The call quality. And actualy you HayWhores, I am not wrong, I have evidence to back my statements up. You ppl. here who have T-Mobile are just to poor to afford Verizon and are jealous of my great service. Yeah my phone might cost 2x more but AT LEAST I CAN USE IT SO HAHAHAHA.

holy smokes...
I think your time and energy could go into something much more worthwhile.
I'm sure Verizon does not care as much about you as you care about them.

Yes they do, I wrote them a letter about their great service and got a $25 credit. Heck, might seem small but better than nothing

i agree
i say give Verizon 6 more years and the smaller Carriers will taken over control.
T-Mobile,Alltell, and US Cell will be on top.
also T-Mobile is a new company. keep that in mind but it is growing very fast!

Actually, wasn't Verizon formed from GTE and Airtouch? Or something like that? Airtouch was really famous back then. :] Yea.. just a speculation.
So technically they're both pretty old. Names just change, that's all.
I remember WAAAYYYY back in the late 90's, before they merged. Man, cells were bulky haha.

I concur, but keep in mind that Cingular did merge with AT&T in the past, thus gaining more customers. My sister was a Cingular Blue customer (used to be with AT&T), and she's still on Cingular because they merged...

Yeah,Dont get me started about cingular, Cingular has Worse service ratings than T-Mobile. Subscribe to CR and find out. They have worse CS and Quality of service ratings than T-Mobile. Also they hav more coustomers because they are older and aslo that incorporates the TOTAL number of coustomers including the ATT from the merger. Cingulars service quality cant even compare to Verizon's
Verizons network is the Best wireless network.
