here is what happend: i've always uses a phone card to make International calls. All these times I've punch in the int #s manually and for the very last time I thought what if I pull the #s from the phone book isn't it faster. THere I didn't know and thought it work perfectly fine. Didn't realize it instead making another call fr the cell not the card. The phone card did also let me now how much I have left everytime i uses it. This time I thought I have extra even though i've talked for so long. Within that week my bill got up there. Until my bill arrived, almost got a heart attack. Unexpected charges from my own mistake. First I thought was a mistake from t-mo so I called in to find out. All they said was "all calls a valid and you're responsible to pay.." I know that. THey didn't even explain to me why said they will investigate and contact me back within 72hrs but never call back. I waited till the 5th day before I called them back to see anything new and they said again contact me back the next 48 hrs and again never give me a call back. Believe me or not, doesn't really matter. Why should I lie..?

You made an error that T-Mobile was not responsible of... it's not like all your international calls were free for the T-Mobile... it costs them, thus they charge you... so them giving you $400 credit for YOUR mistake is surprisingly good turn of event... I don't understand why you are so pissed about T-Mobile charging you for all those international calls when you made the mistake... and when you talk to a rep about renewing your contracts, try to ask nicely if you could get any free minutes or txt messages in your plan and maybe you'll get some..

What's the T-Mobile rate for international calls?
What's your phone card rate for international calls?
How much would the phone card have saved you?

I totally understand you jkrn2003. I got pissed off b/c the reps i talked to assuming that i don't wanna pay and keep repeating "it's all valid...bluh bluh bluh" instead of telling me i've done something wrong with the phone card. Then a Supervisor jump in the converstation between the rep and I and stated "you're responsible for all the charges...". At the moment I didn't even request for a supervisor. Isn't that rude for jumping in to the middle of the conversation of someone else? One of the rep are nice and askes me to wait for the investigation and will contact me within 72hrs. I never knew I did it wrong this time. 72hrs has pass but no one call to let know.. I've mentioned on the above post don't wanna repeat again. Thats the pissed of part not that I got charged for my own mistake.
Reply to warnergt: T-mo int. rate is $1.64 i believe just checked. As for the phone card I got, $10 for couple hundread minutes only $.5 per/min connection charge $1.69 each time. So the first minute is like $1.74. The rate is cheaper if I use the local access #s so i use the cell for unlimited n/wknd like i always did. Thought this time i've connecct to the phone card like usual so i pull the int #s off the contact list. There didn't realize I did it so wrong until I askes people around when t-mo didn't respond to me. Now I've learned something I did so stupid.. thats all

THANKS god!! Finally someone actually understand how I feel. "Thank you!" Someone in here actually taking it wrong on me. Thinking and saying that I'm one of those idiots customers that call in and complain. I'm just here to express my feeling and hope that those who are like me won't make the same mistake like i did for not knowing. Wishing you all have a wonderful CHristmas... Happy Holidays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
