I am trying to download my photos from my mobile to my computer. I have downloaded the software from samsung online but it says my phone is offline and I don't have a clue what I'm doing! Help!

i am having the EXACT same problem with my e700, ive tryed everything, please help!!!!!
easy studio, click on file tab,then click on setup then switch baud rate to 115200...

i have the same problem. I have tried using bluetooth and when PIMS opens it asks if my computer can connect to the Phone but then says its offline when i say yes.
