I purchased T-Mobile web through the T-Mobile website, but I can't visit websites through the phone. Whenever I put in a url it says that I have to purchase T-Mobile web for $5.99. Why does it say this? When I called T-Mobile they said that it might take three days for it to work the right way. Today is the 5th day that I have it and it still doesn't work. I tried putting the sim card in my laptop and the coding for the websites came up. The actual sites didn't appear. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you configured the WAP settings?
If not, go here:
http://tmobileussupport.wdsglobal.com/ota_support_default/configuratio n#
Once that is set, try a WAP site first. Here is one:
http://www.google.com/xhtml
Once that works, then try other URLs. Let us know what happens.

Just so there is no confusion:
Go to that first configuration URL with your regular computer.
Go to that second WAP URL with your phone.

The v330 wasn't listed so I put the v300 as my phone. I tried to go to the site that you said to go to and the same thing came up.
