sorry to hear that you are having such a bad experience. for me, it has been the best i have ever owned, like having a pocket pc in some instances.
of course, i have modded mine out the wazoo.

Also sorry to hear about your unhappy experience with it, and that is the strongest complain I have heard from customers and let me can’t help wondering in what environment you are working.

woah you can return it when dust collects behind the screen?! I got my razr about 6 months ago and there is so much dust buildup. I have no idea how it gets in there either. I don't put my razr in a case, and all I do is leave it in my pocket... but it wasn't this bad with my other phones...

yes.... all i do is keep it in my pocket.. all the cingular rep could sugest was to get a carry pouch on my hip. This goes angainst the main reason why i got the RAZR, so it can fit in my pocket easy. Just go to the motorola warrenty claim and complain i am sure there are many more people with this issue because of the fact that i have never mis-treated the phone , just slide it into the pocket of my jeans every day.

Same problem... I removed the LCD cover. It's plastic, you can use a razor (no pun intended) to peel it off and it goes back on just fine.... but of course, the dust accumulated again very quickly. There must be some sort of way to seal the LCD screen, no?
