hey elmo...(ref thread title icon_biggrin.gif)

well, even other cingular CSRs...does Cingular mind if we access CSP after hours?

my outsourced center seems to pooh-pooh such activity...i almost get the feeling that cingular told them to tell us not too...i don't really want to cause friction between cingular and my call center...but if all other non-outsourced reps feel comfortable doing it...i figure no one keeping track of the logins might ever notice that an outsourced rep was loggin into CSP after hours. OTOH, if Cingular has a policy against logging into it while not at work...well so be it. But if not, I might risk it.

there is hardly enough time between calls to get much out of it.

you can pull up csp from home i have tried it and signed and for some reason csp tends to run a little bit faster on my home computer than my work computer. the reason you can access it from your home computer is most agent site that have access to csp have to access it from the internet as they do not have a intranet connectiion from cingular to the systems
