We just got t-mobile a week back and it was working great with full reception on the cingular network while at home and then would change to t-mobile when we went out but for the last 2days we have no reception whatsoever at home and the customer service is saying that it is because we are in a fair zone it will not pick up any reception...
My question is that if it worked fine for a week why isnt it working now??
Will a cell phone signal booster help or should i just take the phones back???
They are also saying that they are working on getting towers installed in the near future maybe 2mnths or so.....if i decide to wait and they still dont set it up what are my rights?? Can i call and cancel will i be charge the early termination fee then???
Thanks in Advance
Krish

You could have a bad cell phone. It may also be the weather. Heavy clouds and a lot of moisture in the air plays havoc with reception. But I'm leaning toward a bad phone. What do you have?

I understand that there has been problems with this particular cell phone. Talk to your local T-Mobile rep about swapping out.

Maybe You were right, I just had the sim changed and yday it said unregistered sim for some weird reason and i took it back to the store and exchanged it for a Razr and that seems better at picking up reception..even though it has just 1 bar it goes up when i make or receive calls on it...i will try it out over the weekend to see how it works....
Thanks
