I have put in all the different web sessions info I have found. When it connects, it says that the connection failed. When I called Cingular, the info they gave me, connected me, but made it unable for the phone to do anything on the internet. I want to see the "Mobile Net" on the Cingular web connection beginning. I have done the mMode connection, and the Cingular one. NOTHING works. Please help!!!!!!! I have a Cingular SIM and the Motorola V3 (unlocked of course) was off of ebay, so it is an international phone. I can get text messages and send them... I can get calls. My only issue is the internet. I HAVE the media package, so I should be able to connect, the problem is, the phone won't let me.

Thanks for answering! Yes, I have tried that... it doesn't work. I am not sure why, maybe because it is an international phone unlocked? But I tried manually entering everything, since Cingular's stuff isn't originally on there, and it connects, but won't let me do anything, or see anything.

have your friend go to the support site... check WAP and MMS settings

https://onlinecare.cingular.com/device-support/index.do

failing that have your friend call customer care 18003310500... have the phone in hand call from a landline....

when he activated thae phone... did he just swap the sim card or did he call customer care to have info updated... also is the RAZR a cingular razr or from somewhere else...?
