I recently bought a motorola razor v3 off of ebay and i found out it was t mobile and i have an account with cingular. The seller told me the phone would work with a cingular sim card and the only problem would be i couldnt surf the internet until i downloaded some kind of file to change it. He directed me to this website for help, so any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everybody

You cannot use the cigular flex because the phone subsidy will still remain locked. What you need to do is to request the subsidy code by calling tmobile.

When you mention that...I think that if its currently unlocked that you could lock it by flash/flexing...

You certainly can, depending on the version used.
