Hello friends...
Can anybody please tell me, where can I get the driver for E350E.
I can't connect with phone through IrDA. Please response.

Are you using PC Studio PIMS from Samsung? If you are using IrDA for the link, you don't need a driver for E350E.

Dear...
Thanks for your response. I'm using "Samsung PC Studio PIM & File Manager 2:0". After installetion, still my laptop search for appropriate driver. What can I do, please help....

When you said laptop search for appropriate driver, does that happen when you boot up the laptop and it detects a new hardware? Does it mention what kind of hardware it detected? Is the IrDA thing build in the laptop or are you using a USB IrDA dongle? We have to figure out why and what driver the laptop needs.

Thanks again for your response.
My IrDA is built in with laptop. Whenever I put the E350E along to IrDA, system tells me that new hardware SGH-E350E found. Then installation wizard comes for installing the software for SGH-E350E. If I go with install the software automatically, it response "wizard cannot find the necessary software. Advance thanks for your guidanse...

I haven't heard about this before. My guess is the PC is trying to install GPRS modem for your E350E. Try installing PC Studio Internet Access (ver. 2.0) from Samsung and see if it can solve the problem.
