I just got my Razor V3 yesterday, it came with two items (household charger and car charger) nothing else, no USB and No Cd rom. I want to ask how can I send files to my Phone without those.
PS: I check that in there is no USB option in Razor, only bluetooth and sync

You need a mini USB cable and MST Disc (mobile service tools)

Okay, I just got a MPT V3.11 and I have my USB cable from my V360 Phone (also motorola). But when I plug it in, it didn't say "new hardware found"... I think because I plug it in before and it can't find anything to install.... so... does anyone know how can I install my V3 to my comp by USB?

I have a guide you can try, www.webhosting4free.org/rewcons/index.htm just open MPT with the phone unplugged, let it notice you didn't install it, hit redetect and then follow the steps. The Install MPT Drivers guide will explain it all more clearly. Hopefully that helps.
