I looked for the unlock code for 2 days on my z520a and finally I emailed Cingular and they did give me the unlock code. I have had their service for 2 years. I don't know if they'll give it to you if you've not been with them long. I said I was going out of country which I am in a few months, but I said next week and that I wanted to be able to use another sim in my phone, it was about 2 days later that they emailed the unlock code to me. Also, my husband got the unlock code to his w300i from myanswerzonecom it's not an unlock company, but they get answers to any questions and they found it some how and it was only $5.00 compared to paying someone $20 to unlock it. Just thought I'd share since I get lots of tips from this site about my phones. Just try to call your provider first though. It worked for me.

Hai.I used W300i and unfortunately forget the password to access the phone. Does the unlock company that you said can help me to solve the problems. Kindly advise .
