Retry formatting the phone. If nothing works, contact the retailer or any Nokia Care Center.

same thing happened to me.. my phone would just start up on nokia. it does this 3 times then turns off. this just happened like 3 days ago but earlier it would take awhile till it restarts again, i could still check msgs n stuff.. i didn't install any software or use the bluetooth so it can't be a virus. & i still have almost 3mb free on my fone & 5 mb on my mmc.. guess it needs to be "flashed"? if so, where can i possibly have my nokia6600 flashed around LA area?

Tried to turn on the phone without the MMC inserted?
Have you tried formatting it first?

Nokia Care centers & partners who can repair the phone can be find here:

Sometimes a messed up installation of an app can screw up things, formatting the phone is the first step if the source of the problem can't be identified.
Whatever the problem is, a Nokia Care Center should be able to solve it (maybe it's even a hardware-fault).

is it true you can have your cellphone flashed just twice and more than that you can't use it anymore?
