To unlock it, can I do a flex or flash?
if not what must I do to unlock this phone for use with cingular?
Is theonly option to obtain the code from T-mobile?
it is a RAZR V3.

There is no flash or flex can remove subsidy unlock codes.
You can email me or member gresh3 for alternate solutionof unlocking your fone

Because you are in the UK and i'm in the US so ican not help you.
Other menber are in the US and willing to send thier fone to me to unlock so i would be able to help.
You have not find a way to unlock it yet?

Nope sorry, that cost alot ,this is my hobby and to help out members, not a bussiness so i won't invest in it.
