I have the OEM data cable and i installed easy GPRS v 2.12 but it still doesn't detect my phone for some reason. I went into the device manager and checked the port but it doesnt have a "!" on it. There are no conflicts on that port either. If anyone can help me I appreciate it.

Try update your software to EasyGPRS 2.1.5 or 2.1.6 should work great!

if that doesn't fix the problem then plug in the cable to another serial port. and also make sure you've selected the 'data' switch on the cable.

I only have one serial port and i tried upgradeind the software to 2.15 but it still doesn't detect my phone. I have the OEM seial data cable and there are no conflicts in the com 1 port. I don't know what to do anymore.
