Does anyone know how to remove the ad text from the Home screen on a V400. This is NOT the provider text. I'm with Fido and they put www.Fido.ca on the home screen and I want to remove it.

Thanx

I tryed that, it only gets rid of the Rogers text, but www.fido.ca remains, and I might add, moves to the center of the screen. I want to eleminate both texts and I know how to get rid of the provider one but not the other

Thnx

Figured it all out!!
For anyone else with the same prob. Try this:

SEEM 0032_0001
offset 40- bit 4: toggles forced display of provider information from SIM (ie "www.fido.ca") in second line (1 on, 0 off)

This may\may not now display the date. This you can edit easly.
