I just successfully installed Mobile Phone Tools 3.0 (after figuring out the driver/recognizing my phone issue). Everything seems to be working great except the phone is not receiving my recurring appointments from Notes. Is this a setting/set-up issue, Notes issue, sync issue or something else?
FYI - For those who are trying to get your PC to recognize your phone, try these steps:
Right click on My Computer, choose Properties, then Hardware tab, then Device Manager.
Plug in your phone (this is a USB solution - I'm not sure about BlueTooth)
You should see an item with a yellow question mark (?) in the list. Right click on the ?, choose Properties, then the Driver tab, then Update Driver. Click the radio for Install from Specific Location, then Next. Check "include this location in this search" and enter C:\WINDOWS\inf. Then click Next. It should figure itself out at that point.

Thanks Mike. Since I'm a stupid American could you please clarify "bit naff"?
I figured out that I can manually add them by opening the calendar function and using the icons in the middle of the screen to copy from Notes to phone.
It also seems the the "where" field doesn't make it to my phone but perhaps the notes section does. For anyone's who's reading this - I don't think I could recommend purchasing Mobile Phone Tools.

I've been using MPT and successfully synced my contacts. However, when I synced my calendar, the status indicator showed that all events were transferred, however, the only one that did get copied to my phone was a weekly recurring event. The other events were not recurring. Any ideas what might be causing this glitch?

Then you will have to contact bvrp and put pressure on them to fix it - I had hoped this was fixed in the latest version - obviously not - sorry.
