Someone I know had to put down a payment of $500 to get cingular service. He had a little while to decide if he wanted to keep the service or not. They said he would get his money back either way. He cancelled the service and has not recieved payment yet. This was a few months ago. Hes called a number of times and they kept telling him that payment has been sent. He called today and they told him that it hasnt been sent yet and they will mail it out the 2nd of January. Im beginnging to think that they are giving him the runaround and have no intentions of refunding his money, Anyone ever had this problem?

so whitch one is it you or a friend???? how can anyone beleive what you say when you put posts that contradict eachother side by side , and its not rebatres its deposites

Exxxcuuusseee me. Im sooo sorry its deposit!!! And if you must know its my son they are screwing over. And if they screw him over then it might as well be me.

Braveheart. You will have to forgive Big(I mean) LITTLE Russ. He seems to enjoy posting hateful comments. He's NO help to anyone one this forum; for sure.

no id be happy to help but its hard to help someone whos story is constanly changing, first its him then a friend now its his son, i just want to make sure he knows what hes talking about before he can be helped

Sorry about the confusion. It is my son whos having the problem. Today he called them and they said that all the faxes have been recieved and that the check was mailed on the 9th. Hopefully this is all true and will put an end to this. Sorry again for the confusion. Just a worried angry mother here trying to get help for her son. The phone was under his name and part of the money was mine that I lent him. Hope this clears things up.

My son would be upset if he knew I was here writing about his problem, but hey I dont like seeing people get screwed over. Was just venting and this seemed the place to do it. Thanks for listening and thanks Bigruss for the advice.
