not sure were u live?? but i live in anaheim california and the verizon store in huntington beach does sell it heres the number if this is handy?? 714-847-8799 but they sell fast as well as other goods i have the new v3c razr and not very excided on it i may get the a970 myself??..good luck

ok i must be really slow cause i cant not get this driver to install. it keeps saying USB device cant be recognized. can someone help me

Are you using A970 phone and Samsung's oem cable for A970? If not, the driver may not work?

i have a Samsung A970 and the data cable i have is Samsung, model # PCB113VBEB.
i downloaded the driver but it wont install. i need steps to download it correctly

no it wasnt. actually i tried without the phone then i tried it with the phone and it didnt work anyway

Where did you get your cable from? Is it a 3rd party cable from online? You can also try the usb driver from other supplier such as FutureDial and DataPilot but I am not sure if they will work for A970 since their drivers are for older models like A660:

By the way, I suppose you have to connect your phone during driver installation. Also, make sure you have uninstall previous driver before install another driver.

Well I got it off Ebay but the package it came in has Samsung accessories so i figured it came from there
This is how i try to install it. i bring up the USB device not recongnized. I go to properties and this is what i get:
Driver Provider: Microsoft
Driver Date: 7/1/2001
Driver Version 5.1.2600.0
Digital Signer: Microsoft Windows Publisher
I went to uninstall driver and then update driver(after connecting the phone
It says Cannot Continue the Hardware update wizard. Wizard couldnt find a better match for your hardware than the software you have currently have installed
I tried the first one you did and Samsung_MCCI_Driver_4.24_WHQL_Certified that i got on another site but neither works...or either i'm not installing it right.
