What program are you using?
Easy GPRS?
Samsung PC Studio 2.0 PIM & File Manager?
either one works.
Okay, to send ringtones, go to
Tools > File Manager > My Phone > Music
Something like that. Now, does your phone accept .mp3 's or something? Anyway, in Local Storage or the box to the bottom right, find the mp3 file and select/highlight it. Now, if you notice, the third button should light up. You know, it's blue and looks like an UP ARROW. That means upload.
Hope that helps. :]

^Aww... Is Sounds on your list, by any chance? Maybe you can upload it there?
Or "Other files" or something? Dunno... :[ Hopefully you'll find the solution. Good luck!
