software so it runs as a v600 but when i turn th ephone on the keypad flashes and thats it and i cannot flex it using MultiFlashFlex it just says
Device 0 is in flash mode and will not be flexed
please restart the radio i have the flex file for the phone but im completyley lost now

The file you used is a Monster Pack which contains BOTH the flash and the flex.
Hmm, You should try taking the battery out for a few minutes and then put it back in and try starting your phone up again.

ive tried that but the phone wont even go into bootloader now the keypad just flashes for a second in multiflashflex the phone is being detected as neptune sl im completley lost now

Hmm, ok take the battery out, hold * and # and put the battery back in, WHILE holding those buttons, it should send your phone into bootloader (it worked everytime on my V600)

What happens if you try to use that file again?? Oh and do you know what firmware you had on originally?

its actually a v500 i flshed/flexed it a v600 using TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.72R / SE6424AXXT11D4_1FF that worked fine
then i tried flashing it to v43 software using the guide in the forums now i have this problem ive tried flashing it back to v600 using the same file and i had this problem so i tried using a monster pack for the v600 it seems like the phone is stuck in flash mode

Yeah, you had to have backed up your phone before you flashed.
