I have found a very good website that supplies all kinds of themes and stuff for the V3 but i dont know how to install new themes onto my V3. Is there a certain program needed?
Would anybody be able to give some advice?

P2K Commander is the program you're looking for. Find it and download it. It even comes with a great flash tutorial that teaches you how to change your skins.
