I have a blue Soleil dongle and am unable to get it to work with my PDA or anything for that matter, it says it has located the item but I can't get it to connect so I have to keep using my USB cable. Also will an O2 xdaII mini only sync with Outlook, not Outlook express. If anyone has information I'd be grateful

Afaik they only sync with Outlook Express, but for that reason normally a CD with a full version of Microsoft Outlook is included in delivery. Outlook is better anyway
Did you really connect with the BlueSoleil software or did you try to connect with ActiveSync?
You should try to first connect with the BlueSoleil software.
Or have you tried to connect from the phones side first?

I tried to connect from the Blue Soliel side first and didn't have any joy, it doesn't work with my headset either, it says that the devices have been discovered, but they don't connect and with the PDA it doesn't allow file transfer

My blue sole-thingie(can't spell it) works fine with my nokia 3650. I click the orange thing then it locates my phone. I also had to do something on the phone so it could seek out bluetooth devices, and it eventually found my dell inspiron 2200 with the blue tooth usb key. So far I've used bluetooth to transfer pictures and ebooks to my nokia.

im having the same problem except mine is on the cingular 2125. i put my bluetooth on discoverable mode and it detects it but the icon with the two letters it suppose to be yellow but its not only the one with the telephone and letter with the arrow appear yellow. Does this mean my phone cannot be used by the dongle?

I have connected my bluetooth handsfree headset to my computer via the USB dongle...
It recognizes it fine and I can see it is connected... I tried playing some music but can't hear anything... What do I need to do to hear my computer please?? I will need to set it up for voice messaging as well so any assistance would be appreciated.
