When I ask for the customer's wireless number, I've had a few that give me their landline. it takes them a minute to realize it was wrong.
"Oh, you want my cell number!?"
uh, yeah.

I had a customer call in today spoke with a csr first demanded to speak with a tech support rep wahting to know why he could not call a 1-900 number from his wireless phone. I explained that wireless phone are not designed to make or recive reverse call billing also edu cust when you use the wireless phone and you go over you min that you would at min pay .45 a min for add time and the .99 to 8.99 a min for the 900 number. Why on earth would someone what to pay that kinda of money

Ok, what part of "Are you on your cell phone NOW" does the customer not get?!?!?! I think this has happened to me more times than I like to admit.

here is anot one that is funny had a rep submit a tech trouble case on a motorola v551 as he/she could not figure out how to put a roll of film in the digital camara
I read this one and almost DID fall out of my chair. How to take film out of a DIGITAL camera? Almost as good as trying to take a sim card out of a TDMA phone.
