In the past two days I've had calls misrouted to us somehow. A t-mobile cust trying to call t-mobile customer service from her t-mobile cell phone got me??? I xfered her to t-mobile cust svc.

Another guy was talking to live rep at Bellsouth asking about a deal concerning a cingular plan/phone they were offering as a promotion. The rep puts him on hold reportedly to do a credit check or something...suddenly he hears our IVR and finally me. I'm like sorry, check out our website deals and call bellsouth back.

well, it seems to happen to me once or twice a week, but if they call the 1-800 #...they'll use their minutes...i ain't got the heart for that. plus I get a kick out of being sappy sweet to tmobile cust.

had one call today on purpose (dialed OUR 1-800 #). he can't roam on cingular towers in alabama...he gets "not allowed" message when he tries. tmobile couldn't figure out why so they told him to call us.

I asked him if he ever turns his phone off. he says no. I asked him if he is on the problem phone. he says yes.

i tell him can't help much as he's on the phone in question. tell him should powercycle once a day.

I call tech to ask if there is any reason they know why he get not allowed msg. tech say possibly cingular not have roaming agreement with tmobil in that area.

adv cust of this. about all i could do...not even sure how to log this in clarify...as i had nothing on my screen.

but I got a kick out of bending over backward for a tmobile cust.

that's pretty nice. i get people looking to reach the att residential service sometimes. like thier home phone isn't working so they'll dial 611 from thier cell and expect to get ATT.

had one women today who wanted to cancel her internet service. being the nice guy that i am, i looked up the number and transferred her.

had a call the other day from an old guy who "doesn't really get cell phones" he's on an old TDMA account, limited features. gave him info about migration/upgrade and mentioned new plans include MTM. he said...

"mobile to mobile...so that would be, like, um, automobile to automobile?" i had to hit the mute button before i laughed in his ear. nice guy.
