oh my.... or they ask if the department is sales and then talk about billing issues!... since when did billing issues become a sales issue... or when you ask their name and they give you their phone number!

billing probles can always be linked back to sales, usualy because a sales rep f ed it up

that is where I used to work in that dept. ."sales messed up dept" LOL.. (ssg) everyone has voicedial and roadside assistance when they are new.. (or almost)

hey the more sales scres up an account the more my comissin codes take the place of theres so it doest bother me , if they mess it up and i have to spemnd 10 min fixing it then im gonna get the credit for it

i like the guy who called in and sweared up and down one of our satalites crashed in his yard, and he had a heavy southern accet to so he must of been drunk off of ice house, and called in, woa look out for them there aliens and them dang anal probes lol

i had a woman call into tech support yesterday stateing that she has had someone stalking her for 16 years and said that her phone was hacked beacuse her phone on incomeing calls said silence. you know the ignore/slience option on incomeing calls to send them to vm instead of answering

Customer calls in to troubleshoot for his Blackberry Pearl since MMS are not working but he spins off into a detailed speech about how he is naked in the tub and he hopes I have access to the pictures on his device.. Disturbing.
