I always tell people i'm in nova scotia. I usually get 1 of two responses...
1. uh...yeah...nova scotia...what state is that in.
2. canada? i love canada!
i don't think i've ever had anyone get mad. two people have guessed i was canadian twice.

1) they are alaways like super creepy nice
2) always have an accent ( like minisoda accent)
3) everynow and then they let out an accedental "aye"

i don't understand how people can recognize a canadian accent.. and does anybody know the orgin of the "aye".. i'm canadian, and its quite typical thats how americans recoginze us as, but why!? so0o0o dumb.. and yes.. we are nice.. its in our nature

Bob and Doug MacKenzie had a lot to do with the gereralized Canadian image IMHO...
