Then you have the people that are calling in about a service issue in a certant area they get bad service but they can provide and address or location info but they demand you fix the problem but they are not there anymore and also state they will not be going back to that area for a long time

I have had that call...I told the caller not to worry... he wouldnt be having that problem for a while....

hears a funny call i got today cust when placeing an out bound calls get there vm all the time did troubleshoot device and service asked the customer what the number they were dialing was and they were trying to call there ctn from there wireless dialing the wrong number when trying to call home she when they dialed there ctn they were trying to call themself and got vm cust started busting up laughing when they relized this

some lady called 'cause she was outside california and she's on a local plan that only includes CA, but she wanted to know if MTM still applied. when i asked for the 4 of her social she got mad at me, then finally gave it. she had been talking on her phone a lot and it was so satisfying telling her anything outside CA was a roaming rate.

I work for Cingular in ther save department so yesterday i got this call from a customer
Me: Thanks you fro calling blah blah blah
Customer: I wanna cancel my acct
(Insert random loyalty statements, empathy statements and save offers)
Customer: NO! NO!NO! i just wanna cacel my acct. And i want it cancelled today!!!!!!!!
Me: No problem sir. I was just wondering are you on you wireless device at the moment?
Customer: No know please just cancel the acct!!!!!!!!!
Me:Sure no problem :(Anything to shut customer up at this point)
Process request for cancellation
Me: Well SIr i'm just waiting for that to clear the systems while we wait i just wanan set some expectations with you just so you no

a woman called in asking if she can use her phone to call ireland. I asked for her #, she gave me a funny #. I found out that is visiting the US from Ireland, and her wireless service is based in ireland.
how am i supposed to know if her account is provisioned and she couldn't even tell me the model of her phone!
