my contract ends somewhere in march and ive heard you get free upgrades and all, but is that just for the phone you have or can you go ahead and get a totally new phone. and if you cant will they give you a discount on a more expensive phone?

you will get a discount on most phones offered by t-mobile. Normally at least 1 new phone will be free. This will require a 2 year contract at the current time.

You'll get free phone for renew your contract for another 2 yr .. but it is only on the phone or online >> you wont find any free phone offer by renewal in the store !!! Don't waste your time go to the store and ask

so your saying if i do renew it online or on the phone, i can get ANY phone for free? and if im wrong, the phones i want are the razr and the samsung t809, do you think that those will be free

t809 is 249
razr is 50
only certain phones are free.

ill probably just go ahead and get the razr, but "cell_site" said that you cant get free phones in store, does that also apply on the razr since its not free, or can i just go to the store

A razr in store will be the same price as online as long as you are going to a tmobile owned store, not an indirect dealer. In my experience, tmobile's stores have beat online pricing for me. Expect a razr to run around 50.00. I have heard that razrs are on low stock, so your store may be out of them. Also, I believe that the razr was temporally removed from my.tmobile upgrades program due to low stock.
