Depends on the file you are flashing with - does it say locked or unlocked? If unlocked you should be ok

hello
i have software for flashing motorola v3x it's called RSD Lite 2.7, but how can use this soft, can anyone help me, when i open i need some file to open there (*.shx, *.sbf,)etc. where can i find those files to flash my v3x.
File links here are not working . It says internal server error. Also I have a motorola v3x and I flashed it to get the original settings. But, Now I am unable to use MSN on 3 UK network. The only way to get it back is to reinstall the 3 frimware. Could this be done? If so how?
