I i have a V400 phone and i want to upgrate to v551 is it possibeif its possible can somone give me the link of the flex file

Because there is a hardware aspect to bt and the V400 is missing that. You cannot upgrade the V400 to the V551 anyways. The V400 uses TRIPLETS based firmware, upgrade to V600 if you want by flashing with TRIPLETS 09.75R
