It's in the applications folder under files. The file name is "Camera Timer.sis". Most files have a description anyway.
A group is like a website, except more "enclosed" and organised. You start a group and are given 20mb web space. You have a number of options in the bar on the left.

Links
Database
Polls
Members
Calander
The only ones I use are:
Messages is for your groups own message board.
Files is where you upload files, which can then be directly downloaded from the group.
Photos is where you upload photos.
Members shows you a list of current members.

can you convert the .sis files into .jar or .jad? im desperate to use those great programs that were configured Nokia 7650 or 3650, yet I own a Nokia 7250. Well? Any suggestions?

no you cant convert sis. into jad. or jar. becouse as far as i know sis. file are for symbian OS only
