either go to a T-Mobile Store or call T-Mobile Customer Care.
also please keep inmind that the prices on T-Mobile.com are for NEW customer only.
also if you go to a T-Mobile Store make sure it's a T-Mobile Direct Store.

What you should do is like, renew your contract at an Asian cell phone store place. Or maybe you should just end your plan and start a new contract--you'll probably even get the RAZR for $50, depending on where you go.
There are various Asian cell phone stores where I live, where you can start a new contract, where they advertise the RAZR as a free phone with T-Mobile.

Made a mistake, the razr is 149.99 + 50 mail in rebate for a total of 99.99. Sorry about that. I think its worth the 100, I got 2 razrs for the other 2 lines on my family plan. They are very nice phones.

From person experience, stick with a tmobile owned store.
