First off all (yes i read some sticky)
ive bought this phone yesterday @ 300 €
now I don't know how to update firmware..
I downloaded SE update service, followed the instructions and at the end it said some fault during installation.. try again, did it 5 times.. always same message. So i gave up put sim card back in phone.. I think the update was successfull becauze I was able to use my phone ! 
then I opened the camera and it said no good driver version (0.9) download 4.5 .. so i search google and landed here  ..
can anybody explain me how to do it good..

Windows XP? firewall software? at what point do you get the error?
check out the esato.com forums, too. This problem was discussed in depth over there, and some people found solutions to it.

well just at the end, the bar is full and then Bam update: update failed

Yeah, that sounds like the problem discussed over at esato boards.
Definitely go check them out. There's a couple SonyEricsson-specific forums over there.
I can't remember the exact thread, but just search using terms like: "firmware update failed k750"
Some of the threads are long, but take some free time and go thru em..it'll be worth it.

LOL. It's grown since I visited.
Try adding "SEUS" (stands for "sony ericsson update service", if you didnt already know) to the keywords

btw everybody is talking about "R1AA008"
when i run seus it says k750 SKE 'or something'
ive got this seus version

R1AA.... that's teh latest firmware version for the K750
and that is the current version of the seus update installer.

You mean for the firmware version?
When you get that error and the camera version, all that...seus will say your up to date, even if you aren't, until it gets done properly.
It's messy and frustrating for sure 
But like I was sayin, weed thru those forums, there is a solution in there somewhere (you migth have noticed, quite a few threads have members saying, "go see thread xyz...we already covered this" kind of responses).
