Someone just posted a bunch of samsung master codes. Maybe look through that, or try my reset code. You can find it in that post I mentioned too, and he calls it "Master EEPROM reset". I guess that will reset only the settings, not the total internal memory. (Which can explains, why are the java games stay, but settings are gone... Ohh.. but what about the phone numbers? They are also gone. Damn. I just can bring you closer. I still waiting for the answer I promised, maybe you can wait 1 more day.)
thanks 1 more time will wait

Good news, pal! I've spoken with the guy who posted the reset code and he says the reset doesn't have any effect on pics or on videos. Just the stored numbers wil lbe erased. So my prediction: you have 90% chance to remove the lock and get back your important pictures.
By the way: how can I protect these folders with password?

Oh, well. The code is missing, sorry.
To be certain, I write down the process here too:
Reset the phone with *2767*3855# , then use *#638738# to choose your region/country. (You can test the second code before you enter the EEPROM reset).
That's all. If you want to make a manual copy from every settings, maybe those are useful too. Good luck!

ya you need to enter only *2767*3855# (it will delete all messages wich are on the phone NOT the sim and phone numbers wich are also on the phone.) and that's all! your sec. password will reset to 00000000 all media will be on the phone
Good luck!
btw. i'm not really sure about messages maybe they will be left on the phone.
