If you would like to gamble a bit, try out the memory-reset service code. I don't know which contents will be resetted. Experiences yet: java games won't be deleted, but phone numbers in the memory and simlock will.

mem-reset will be my last choice because i need few fotos from Images folder. And this is a problem! i can't lose info in there... but if there will be no replys and choice. i think will have to make that way

Hope the bests! I guess only the settings will be resetted, the stored informations not (or not completely). Just as I said, the proof: Phonebook will be killed for sure, JAVA games aren't. If you have some more time, I can speak with some1, who did this reset, maybe he experienced something with images.

Give me a few (2-3) days. If I won't write an answer, that means I can't reach the user who posted his experience. But I will try I promise.

There is no easy way to say it but unless you can find the password, there is only 2 ways of getting into these folder.
Either a total firmware reflash or entering the master reset code.

Someone just posted a bunch of samsung master codes. Maybe look through that, or try my reset code. You can find it in that post I mentioned too, and he calls it "Master EEPROM reset". I guess that will reset only the settings, not the total internal memory. (Which can explains, why are the java games stay, but settings are gone... Ohh.. but what about the phone numbers? They are also gone. Damn. I just can bring you closer. I still waiting for the answer I promised, maybe you can wait 1 more day.)
