People with useless questions like:

"My phone doesn't work, what should I do?"
"I can't transfer stuff to my phone, why?"

Why, oh why, don't people don't know how to ask a question correctly? Do they believe the readers of the forum are psychic?

welcome to my world... I get that on a daily basis on the phone

I respond with "what is the phone doing or not doing"...

I hate it when you are explaining gprs to a customer and he gets pissed because he thinks your tracking him through his SIM.

stupid people...i think there should be a IQ test before you get a cell phone and if you aren't smart enough to pass the test then you get turned down...if you think about it stupid people cost the company money when they call in and call in and call in!

that would be nice... however those stupid people keep customer care reps in a job!!
