when people call up with problems that are not ocurring at the time. example:
cust called and said she was getting dropped calls. she has full bars now, it doesn't drop now.
so what does she want me to fix!? i gave upgrade options and sim swap options to see if the problem followed her sim. I think she was expecting more.

i had one call in and she was the worst orange reps i ever had...
"I don't verify accounts i can't see"
"i can't see her account! can i bring her over now!?"
she ended up forcing the customer on me, and...
IT WAS AN ORANGE CALL!!
i had to transfer it right back over to orange!
i got a rep who wasn't retarded, then it took me less time to resolve the call than it took for the first orange rep to argue with me!
